Passing Interest In Getting A Lean Body
First reason is that most people really do not want a lean body, as simple as that. They only have a passing interest. If they don’t want something, they don’t do what it takes to get it.
At some point, something changes for some of them, they become sick and tired of the way they look or the way they feel. Don’t get me wrong, “aerobics” has its place, but you can’t turn every activity into an aerobic exercise.
