Six Pack Ab Diet Tip – Magic Pill
Stop looking for “the magic lean body pill.”
Most elite athletes are lean despite their various exercise protocol and meal plans. This should tell you that a lean body may not be connected to a specific exercise or food plans.
First you simply need to burn more calories than you eat. And you have two basic choices for this. I like to eat. So my plan is to burn more calories through exercise rather than strict my food intake. I am not into diet. This is where I use high intensity and long duration exercises. Half an hour with kettlebell routines and my body seems to burn what I ate for the whole week. I even get hunger pangs during the these sessions which is great.
But if exercise is challenging for you, especially in the beginning, you may want to reduce your calorie intake. And you also need to improve your food selection.
All calories are not created equal.
A study published in back in November 1999 in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Vol. 70, No. 5 reveals an astonishing fact about alcohol. Most think that alcohol converts into fat because it is just empty calories.
According to the study, only a small percentage of alcohol gets converted into fat. This was good news.
The bad news was that your liver converts most of the alcohol into acetate and acetate released into your bloodstream replaces fat as a source of fuel.
Bottom line, you stop using fat when you have acetate in your blood. Which way do you want to go? More exercise or less food. There is no magic pill.
